Aria’s Press Day in Islington

I was personally invited to attend the press day at Aria, which is a contemporary home store in Islington, London.

The store has home furniture, decor and practically anything else you can think of that you need in your house!

As soon as I walked it I felt very welcome. The staff are friendly, the environment festive and jolly, especially with the beautiful live music, and I strangely felt at ease – comfortable even. Maybe it was that homey feel to the store?

I was immediately struck at their variety of items and themes too – there’s basically something for every home. I found crockery, candles, diffusers, even winter clothes! So, it’s definitely a one stop kind of shop.

Themed Crockery and Home Decorations

I picked this brown, green and blue set out because I believe it has something unique. I think it has that African feel to it, with the vibrant patterns and a great colour scheme. It’s definitely a set that will add personality to the home and can absolutely see it fitting into an interior that represents travel and worldly adventures.

The below however is a complete opposite…

The bold blue and red combinations make it easy to see that it was inspired by the Russian folk style. It’s colourful, it’s energetic – I liked this crockery set because the woodland theme is definitely popular and trending this winter, which also fits in well during this festive season.

As I said at the beginning, there’s something at Aria for everyone. So no matter whether you’re into something more subtle yet original or more bright and modern you’re sure to find it at the store.

I left feeling inspired… and wishing that I had many houses to decorate in completely different ways!

Nice and unique store, the first things that grabbed my attention from the pics were the hanging umbrellas and the guy playing the guitar. I’ve never seen live music in a store before. Should be fun. 🙂

Me neither! I guess that’s why it really grasped my attention. Thanks for the comment Ryan.
