Thanks again to the amazing William May who’s competition I won and got to go to London Fashion Weekend!
I was so excited straight away but panic slowly set in as I had no idea what to wear. In the end I chose my white Burberry mac, black trousers (which are also super comfy by the way) and top with a modern print, both from zara. I finished the look off with black high heeled sandals from Deichmann.
Once my outfit was ready, it was time to enjoy the weekend so here’s a quick round up of all the things that I got up to – from trying on clothes with my friend Katie …
…to gaping at the skinny models and their outfits on the catwalk…
There were many pieces from the collection that were outstanding but a few of my favourites were the blue patterned coat, the ombre gilet and the waterproof, floral dress that’s super quirky. You won’t be surprised to know that the trends catwalk showcased a range of berry coloured outfits, navy blue stunners and monochrome combinations, plus show-stopping dresses, such as the magnificent red dress with which the catwalk show was closed.
The day went so quickly and ended with a buzz. There’s nothing not to love about fashion week and it’s great to celebrate the designers. It’s amazing to see the hard work that’s put into creating the looks that are in right now.
