This winter hasn’t been very cold.
Instead of wearing a coat I can easily get away with a knitted coatigan instead – have you found the same thing?
My husband (Eek! It’s still strange even though we’ve been married nearly one month!) and I went for a refreshing walk in our local country park. I do love the country side; the peace and quiet. It was very strange because there was nobody about, not even the usual fishermen around the lake, but I do guess it’s winter season when the fish don’t bite…?
Mixed Yarn Coatigan – George, Asda | Ripped Jeans – Urban Outfitters | Knee High Boots – Lipsy | White tabard – Debenhams | Ombre Necklace – eBay
I wore a white tabard (or rather a sleeveless jumper) under my black and white thick knitted cardigan with a colourful necklace, ripper jeans and knee high boots.
When I was contacted to try out some George knitwear I was pleasantly surprised to find lots of cosy knits to my taste. It’s the perfect winterwear because it’s comfortable, cuddly and most importantly warm. I really did use the cardy as my coatigan because it soon started raining… as it eventually always does in the UK!
