Add a Bonsai to your Office Interior Design

Do you have a desk job? Working 35 hours a week may not seem that much but to me it seems like a LOT of time to be spending your life in one place. That’s why I believe your work space must be comfortable and how better to decorate your office than with a bonsai tree that’ll bring life, fresh air and a positive atmosphere to the room.

Personalise Your Office Desk

I’ve just started a new job and started personalising my own corner at work to make an enjoyable environment in which I can be productive and be happy. coffee cup and plant on office desk When my note pads, papers and pens aren’t everywhere on my desk you see the serene background behind the growing bonsai. Motivational Quotes to Help you Work

wake up and smell the coffee do what makes you happy

Do More of What Makes you Happy

As well as the plant, I’ve added some other personal touches. Although it was most probably just a bit of luck, I’ve found both of these inspirational items at a sample sale… oh and the coasters too actually! I use the cute chic box that says ‘Do More of What Makes You Happy’ as a decoration rather than a practical item but who says that I won’t be able to in the future? Whilst the ‘Wake up and Smell the Coffee’ mug is sure to save me from boring meetings where I’ll be half asleep … but sshhh don’t tell anyone hehe.

So, these are the few things I’ve added to make myself more comfortable at work. What do you add to your office interior to make your working space more homey? 🙂
