Why Did I start a YouTube Channel?
To be honest it started because I bought a new phone! I had a lovely new Rose Gold iPhone 6s that had an amazing camera. As it was a big step up from a iPhone 4S I found awesome new functionality, like time lapse, better camera quality, Snapchat and Periscope worked like a charm and it was simply a faster phone in general! I tried it out – filmed myself a few time and found it was really fun.
Unfortunately my iPhone 6S was stolen. I was shopping in Vienna and it got pickpocketed 🙁 I was (and still am) devostated. BUT I will not let that stop me! Whilst I save up for a new phone (that’s near £600 because I bought it outright in February and no I don’t have insurance) I refuse to mope around and so I’ve launched my YouTube channel anyway using an old camera or my hubby’s iPad…
I guess that was the trigger rather than a reason for my YouTube channel launch so the main reason why I started ‘YouTubing’ is because I wanted to document what I create, make and self-learn. As you may know, I’m a hands on person so I love making things, personalising things and styling things too. It seems a waste not to DOCUMENT what I do so that YOU can learn with me.
I’m finally giving back to the web/YouTube because it has taught me so so much and I’m so grateful for the tutorials, guides and tips 🙂
